I really appreciate how much this location wants to help you. This is not a hard sales place. We worked with Jason on checking out a camper. I am looking for a class a. Jason was very informative on the rig as well as the additional yearbof service through the manufacture and southern service as well. It is very comforting to know that a location will stand behind their sales. I also needed some camper parts. The part person went out of her way to find the part I needed, even taking measurements to ensure the part was the same as the one i had with me. Although, they did not have it in stock, nor at their normal locations. She was able to find one and placed it on order for me. You have to love great service. We will be bringing our camper here for a checkup!

Great experience. Alonzo was a great sales rep, not pushy at all and Eli the tech was very helpful, even the, manager, Peter, was pleasant. Now to see how the service department does when we come in for services.

We searched all over Georgia, Florida and Alabama before taking a trip to McDonough to purchase our first travel trailer. Jill did an excellent job listening to our needs and providing alternative options for us to compare to the model we thought we wanted. After looking at several different models we finally made our decision and were happy with Jill and the rest of the process. A week later we came back up to pick up our camper and Daniel did an excellent job of the walk through process with us. I like that he was the one who did the inspection and also did the walkthrough. Christiana in service and Jessica with the extended warranty have always went above and beyond to take care of service problems. Hunter which is a technician and just put us a new roof on has always done good work and been real friendly. When we bought it in 2017 Hunter did our walk through and presentation. Absolutely awesome! The entire team was extremely helpful, friendly and NOT pushy (which we love). They really make you feel at home and go above and beyond to help you with any questions you have. This is the place to go in you are looking to by an RV.

On Sept. 18, 2019 I brought my camper in for some repair work. I met with Taylor Bowden from the service department. She was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She gave me all the details on what will happen and advised me that she would keep me advised on all work to be done to my camper. If you can give her 10 stars please do so.

Mainly just window shopping with my wife. Met Jennifer, who was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return if we decide to buy and make the commitment to buy.

These people have been so good to us and we didn't buy our RV here. With hindsight we definitely would have though.. we have a 49' fifth wheel and they installed a washer and dryer in it. Then about a month later our air conditioner stopped working properly and they considered that an emergency and got us in right away and instead of selling us a third air conditioner like we thought we needed, they found the problem was in the duct work and repaired it promptly. We can't say enough good things about Southern RV!!

We bought our 2018 Cross Roads Sunset Trail Ultra Lite from Southen RV. This is our second camper bought from them. My husband and I highly recommend Southern RV. No pressure, no hassle when looking or buying your RV.
